Currently, I'm pregnant with my second child due in Spring of 2018. I'll be taking some time off of teaching regular weekly classes, but will still be subbing at Zumba at Jazz2000 when possible.

Do not get discouraged if it seems overwhelming or you can’t get the steps the first time. It will get easier over time.
It takes time to build stamina, if you feel like it is too intense take a break. Listen to your body and move at your own pace.
Zumba is a full body workout - engage your core, keep your arms moving, and shake it.
Modify the steps that don’t feel good and march it out as needed.
Shoes are recommended. Cross Training Shoes with lateral support and minimal traction are ideal.
